Coalstack respects the intellectual property rights of others. Coalstack itself does not host, review, or distribute any mod, plugin, modpack, or other third-party content - the Software downloads such content directly from its official source (e.g. Modrinth, PaperMC, Mojang) onto your own hardware. If you believe content reachable through the Software or referenced on this website infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice as described below.

2. Filing a Notice

Send a notice to [email protected] including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and where it's located.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Our Response

We will review valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the identified material where Coalstack actually controls it, and may include suspending or terminating a repeat infringer's account.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] with the same identifying information above, a description of the material and its location before removal, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
